• Prenatal visit (optional and free of charge – come meet our providers and staff)
• Provider visit will see baby in hospital following birth
• 2-3 days of age*
• 2 weeks
• 1 month
• 2 months
• 4 months
• 6 months
• 9 months
• 12 months
• 15 months
• 18 months
